Multiple Floor Plans to Choose From
The Domain at Oxford offers a variety of floor plans, allowing your student to live alone, with a friend, or with a group of friends based on their preferences. Each of our one-, two-, and four-bedroom apartments comes fully furnished and features modern appliances, thoughtfully planned interiors, and private bedrooms, so your student won’t have to compromise on comfort to live close to campus.

Our expansive suite of on-site amenities makes budgeting simple. No need to plan for an off-site gym membership; our resort-style pool, tanning bed, and 24-hour gym have you covered. When it comes time to study, our apartments feature high-tech study pods, complete with free printing and WiFi. We even have a basketball court, volleyball court, and home movie theater on-site!
Individual Leasing
All of our apartments are leased by the bed, so you and your student won’t have to worry about outside financial situations. If your roommate fails to pay their rent, moves out early, or violates their housing contract, you will not be negatively impacted.
