|Recommended: NoDomain — No. Don’t do it lol. Dealt with bed bugs. Had to do the absolute most to get any attention brought to the situation. Had to move out about 3 times so that they could get the issue handled. Went through 3 pest companies to finally get it resolved. The management think he’s gone now was very difficult to work with during this time. Literally smelled shit walking up to my apartment every day. I’m assuming the people never got fined or anything was said to them because it never stopped. Washing machine never got fixed from day1. Put in over 5 requests for that and it never got fixed.

|Recommended: YesCurrent Resident Review — The community is safe and quiet and the property and maintenance staff are both very friendly and always working to fulfill resident needs and satisfactions. Every time I have had to put in a maintenance request which isn't super often the staff have been in to fix the issue within a couple of hours. For the most part the property is clean and I have never had an issue parking in front of or nearly in front of my apartment. Of course, when you live in an apartment there is going to be times you can hear your neighbors, but I assume most residents know that walking in and usually it is only been an issue for me on occasion.
