|Recommended: NoThe staff was very unhelpful — The staff was very unhelpful at times and you guys do not explain anything when delivering charges to accounts. It seems you like to charge people plenty of money but will not explain anything or claim hidden fees.

Although it has a homey feel, it also seems as if you're living at a resort with all of the great amenities and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend

|Recommended: YesThe property is nice. — Since I just moved in, I can't say much on how nice it is to live here yet. Moving in, however, was a nightmare due to how dirty our apartment was from the previous tenants and the push back from staff who didn't do much to get it cleaned until the day after we moved in, despite us calling them many times before move-in with our complaints.
